about the role
key responsibilities
* manage the institutional control dashboard and communicate findings across departments.
* support bid preparation and document best practices with the institute.
* validate and update documentation for bids, contracts, and delivery processes.
* confirm and update delivery points identified by ai agents.
* review and upload validated contracts and required bonds into sap.
* analyze and appeal sanctions based on delivery data and coordinate with logistics.
* communicate provisions for sanctions, discounts, and free goods per contract terms.
* 3–5 years of experience in commercial operations or bidding processes within healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
* proven ability to manage documentation and track sanctions effectively.
* experience supporting operational processes in regulated environments.
* familiarity with government platforms such as comprasmx and erp systems.
* proficiency in document validation and digital upload procedures.
* bachelor’s degree in business administration, international trade, marketing, or related fields.
