what are your contributions to the team?
* be responsible for planning, organizing, motivating and supervising the activities of twenty salaried and technologists from our methods groups.
* assume all hr responsibilities of a multidisciplinary team, financial management and technology development department.
* have to coordinate the manufacturing support to production teams.

* you hold a bachelor degree or a mba, or a college diploma with several years of experience working in a aerospace industry.
* you have excellent management skills.

* you demonstrate affinities in communication and leadership, in addition to your strong organizational skills and excellent technical knowledge.
