*what are your contributions to the team?*:
- you will develop negotiation skills in the support of labor terminations in accordance with the federal labor law.
- you will know through the support of the disciplinary process the management of an internal labor regulation.
- you will develop skills in labor investigations in accordance with the federal labor law.
- you will know the administration of union dues payment control.
- you will learn to delegate activities of labor processes.
- you will participate in labor events and processes contained in the collective bargaining agreement.
- you will develop communication skills through meetings with the union committee.

- you have interest in developing your knowledge of the labour relations area
- you are currently studying a bachelor’s degree in human resources, administration, industrial relations, organizational psychology or related areas
