*what are your contributions to the team?
*:
- perform training scheduling based on client needs and agreed with lbps (learning business partners).
- perform forecast of calendars, attendance and ensure the trainer's capacity.
- sends invitations through outlook and follows up with leaders.
- coordinating the logistics of training resources (transportation, audiovisual tools, rooms, equipment in general).
- main role as custodian of evidence of trainings, performs punctual registration of attendance to courses in internal and external platforms, as well as qualifications.
- contact with suppliers (reception of personnel in plant, schedules, specific requirements to comply with training, e.g., manage loan of cranes and platforms).
- provides support to analyze information corresponding to the area's performance indicators.
- contact with leaders of different areas.
