responsibilities
this position is part of the north america beverage organization and leads process pgt s / 4 hana implementation within ssc bank management corporate and pay on behalf.
this position is responsible for creating and maintaining the partnership with the bu, pgt project and ssc, leading the process definition, collaboration, test, control and training of the pgt implementation, and support the process on going after implementation.

your responsibilities would consist of :
manage project.
identity strategy covering all requirements within pgt project within ssc.
help to define projects scope, goal and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with all areas related to the project.
review project progress according to plan to identify risk and define action plans to eliminate any impact.
ensure the services according to agenda.
generate documentation and governance of the process bank management corporate and pay on behalf (tracking & management).
support the strategy that allows to perform the operation in a robust control environment with quality services.
kpi's monitoring.
foster a culture of continues improvement.
close interaction with internal and external clients to foment networking and service.
support effective change management process.
communication with business parther.
decision making.
support operation and services.
qualifications
