 
        
        We're looking for a talented and strategic Creator (Copywriter) to lead our brand's creative expression and communication across LATAM markets. This role will be key in developing impactful ideas, storytelling, and content that resonate with diverse audiences throughout the region. 
You'll blend creativity with cultural insight to ensure our brand stands out, drives engagement, and leads the market.
Responsibilities 
- Lead creative ideation for campaigns, mechanics, and communication materials tailored for LATAM audiences
- Develop original content and adapt general brand narratives to reflect local culture, tone, and consumer behavior
- Supervise and review work from internal and external creative teams, agencies, or freelancers, ensuring all materials meet brand and quality standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and production teams to deliver cohesive campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, video, print, etc.)
- Ensure message consistency across markets while allowing for local cultural and linguistic nuances
- Act as a brand guardian by maintaining a strong and consistent tone of voice that reflects our positioning and values
- Monitor trends and insights within LATAM markets to inspire relevant and resonant creative output
Qualifications 
- At least 5 years in creative roles like creative copywriter or art director in an agency or international company
- Creative agency background is preferred
- A bachelor's degree in journalism, advertising, philology, or communications is preferred but not crucial, in case the job experience is relevant
- English level: B2 and above
- Proven creative concepting skills (kindly ensure that your resume includes a portfolio)
- Production process management experience (shooting, 360 campaigns)
