key responsibilities: design and deliver engaging live and on-demand training sessions for new marketing automation tools, capabilities, and processescreate clear, actionable enablement materials—including step-by-step guides, faqs, and knowledge base articles—focused on journey design and executionmaintain and evolve a structured enablement curriculum tailored to various user roles and maturity levelscollaborate with product owners, platform smes, and cx planning teams to identify knowledge gaps and learning opportunitiesestablish and manage feedback loops to regularly refine and enhance training content based on user needs and platform evolutionmonitor adoption metrics and user engagement to continuously improve the enablement strategy and measure impacthost office hours and provide ongoing support to ensure confidence and self-sufficiency among users4+ years in marketing technology enablement, training, or instructional designexperience with salesforce marketing cloud, marketing cloud personalization, or similar martech platformsfamiliarity with digital learning toolsstrong written and verbal communication skillsability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly languageexperience working in regulated industries like pharma is a plusexperience working with foreign marketsprofessional english proficiencypreferred qualifications bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, learning & development, or related fieldinstructional design certification or training & development credentialsfamiliarity with agile ways of working, jira, and confluencecommitment to inclusion novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.
