we are looking for driven, energetic individuals to join our growing logistics team as *entry level freight brokers*. This is a dual-facing role—covering both *customer sales* and *carrier operations*—designed to teach you how to run a “full desk” in the freight brokerage world. You’ll learn how to build relationships with shipping customers, find and negotiate with trucking companies, and manage the full life cycle of each load from pickup to delivery.

*key responsibilities*
- assist in identifying freight opportunities, collecting shipment details, and preparing rate quotes for customers.
- source, onboard, and communicate with *carrier partners* to cover available shipments.
- negotiate rates and ensure both customers and carriers are satisfied with pricing and service levels.
- track shipments in real time and resolve any issues or delays quickly and professionally.
- communicate updates between customers, drivers, and team members to ensure smooth load execution.
- maintain accurate documentation, shipment notes, and data in the company’s tms.
- participate in regular coaching sessions to develop skills in *sales, negotiation, customer service, and carrier management.*
