Core responsibilities:
- development and build the accurate information to communicate key messages for campaigns and initiatives.
- support on strategy, coordination and execution on marcom and internal gtm campaigns and initiatives.
- identify and execute new opportunities to enhance thought leadership and ingredion brand awareness
- reach with marcom team digital and website metrics trough relevant content.
- work and coordinate with design agency to support all campaigns and initiatives.
- support sales and marketing team with innovation days materials to deliver a successful experience to customers.
- co-create with marcom team and agency visual and concept design.
- broad knowledge and experience in content, audiences, competitors, global and local markets.
- support on the registration and control of marcom & events budget.
- desirable but no restrictive: coordinate successful customer facing/virtual events: tradeshows, congress, etc.
- marketing degree.
- 5+ years of total work experience with 3+ years' experience as part of or leading marketing communications team, with content creation experience.
- experience working with cross functional teams.
- experience on content creation, persuasive speaking and writing skills to delivery experience through multiple channels, expanding content for improving the end-user experience.
- strong communication skills.
- ability to identify global & local trends for content and events.
- previous experience in b2b ab marketing is preferred.
- demonstrate an ability to think strategically and translate strategy into actionable business plans.
- like to creatively explore multiple possibilities for addressing challenges and think "out of the box" to come up with the best solutions.
- experience in leading external vendors and agency partners.
