seeking a digital marketing manager adept at crafting and executing strategies aimed at the u.s. market, with a proven ability to drive demand generation and elevate brand awareness through a comprehensive marketing strategy. The ideal candidate must have 10+ years of experience leading marketing teams at successful it services, cloud, and/or digital solutions businesses, a bountiful industry exposure allowing you to craft effective marketing strategies for b2b customers, a passion for technology, and a successful track record in both large and small companies, demonstrating exceptional growth through strategic go-to-market initiatives.
key responsibilities:
develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy to generate demand and nurture leads for u.s. customers in partnership with the sales team.
implement and oversee the marketing automation roadmap, enhancing lead management processes and data integrity, ensuring alignment with u.s. market dynamics.
lead operations for lifecycle campaigns, from targeting to post-campaign analysis.
manage industry marketing programs and campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
develop impactful, demand generation programs designed to resonate with u.s. audiences, supporting the entire sales cycle from inquiry to opportunity qualification.
execute inbound marketing efforts, specifically tailored for u.s. customers, using advanced seo techniques and marketing automation tools to enhance lead conversion and retention.
produce and distribute compelling content and value propositions that speak directly to u.s. audiences, building affinity and brand loyalty.
establish and maintain a consistent brand message across all stages of the inbound marketing funnel through diverse content forms.
recruiting and developing an exceptional team of great marketers for content, social, community, brand, paid, and email within 6 months.

generate upwards of 60% of our total sales target from inbound marketing every quarter.
