Capgemini aguascalientes is looking for a head center director
as centre director, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, performance, and sustainability of the delivery centre. This includes overseeing hiring, employee assignment to service delivery teams, talent development, quality assurance, technology, information security, and compliance. You will work closely with client engagement executives/directors to set objectives and manage performance for service delivery managers.
you'll play a key role in supporting delivery excellence initiatives, ensuring alignment with our global bpo location strategy, and maintaining accurate and timely reporting to global functions.
lead and support all operational and support areas within the centre to meet quality standards.
oversee selected client service delivery operations within the centre.
represent the centre's capabilities to clients, including branding, talent, and technology.
ensure legal and policy compliance across all centre operations.
15–20 years of proven experience as a site or center director in the bpo industry.
~ advanced stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
~ advanced proficiency in english (spoken and written).
