this 10-month comprehensive leadership developmentprogram provides you with the tools and experiences to develop youinto a future leader of our organization while providing a holisticview of the business.
throughout this program, you will immediatelyimmerse yourself into the company, the culture, and the industry.you will join a class of other trainees and gain a community ofambitious peers.

you will travelto our north america locations to see exactly how our innovativeproducts are made and sold.
you will gain insights from day one anddo real work on different projects while delivering actual results.before the program commences, trainees are paired with a mentor tohelp acclimate and integrate you to our organization.
throughoutthe program, you can expect opportunities to connect andcollaborate with our executive leadership team, global leaders,business leaders, previous trainees and current trainees from otherzones.

full mobility is required.what you'll do - two week induction at our global hq that providesyou with an introduction to our global company strategy, culture,products, sales channels, and problem-solving concepts.
- a four tofive month field training in which you will rotate through keyareas of our value chain including sales, supply, logistics,product innovation and customer growth.
you will gain hands-onexperience by actively participating in daily operations andproject work during each rotation.
- one to two weeks of leadershipand methodology training to foster a unified systems-thinkingapproach and prepare you for your first project.
- a four monthindividual project in which you will you be able to delivertangible and measureable results as an active team member byapplying methodology skills and technical knowledge.
- one weekgraduation with feedback, development opportunities, andpreparation for their first position allocation - first positionplacement can be in any of the following areas: engineering andoperations below are examples of projects that previous trainees'have worked on: - create a new implementation process for whenhunter douglas introduces a new product.
- implementrecommendations to optimize material usage and mitigate scrap ratesat our plants.
- pricing analysis for our e-commerce platforms.
-develop a communication strategy to enhance our customerinstallation journey.
- monetize our market funnel valuation byquantifying our conversion rates.
qualifications: - to be eligible,you must have an anticipated graduation date no later than june2025 with a bachelor's or master's degree.
- have demonstratedleadership capabilities through various extracurricular activitiesincluding job experiences, internships, student clubs andorganizations, and volunteer work.
- must be mobile and willing tobe on-site at one of our major locations in north americathroughout the duration of the program.
