Overview
we are looking for a service oriented profile who wants to work alongside a 55+ years international automotive company. responsibilities
* keep the activity schedule up to date and ensure compliance with requisitions arising from general management.
* provide internal and external customer service, manage the executive calendar, and coordinate calls and meetings.
* prepare and follow up on purchase requisitions and orders (p.o.s), advanced payments, travel expenses, and expenses reports (both national and international).
* plan and coordinate travel logistics (flights, hotels, rental cars) for both national and international staff.
* organize corporate events, conferences, workshops, meetings, and visits.
* translate documents and communications (english, german, spanish).
profile
* bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, public relations, languages, or related fields.
* experience, 3 to 5 years in similar roles, preferably in the automotive industry or international corporate environments.
* proficient in microsoft office (excel, word, outlook, powerpoint).
* advanced english.
* advanced german (desirable).
