*general activities*:stress analysis:- assist in performing detailed stress analysis on aircraft cabin interior components, utilizing fea tools such as nastran, ansys, and abaqus.
- support the development and validation of fea models to simulate the structural behavior of components in various loading conditions.
- help analyze fea results to identify potential areas for design optimization and ensure performance standards are met.
- contribute to the preparation of stress reports and necessary documentation to support design validation and regulatory compliance.aircraft cabin interior analysis:- focus on the structural analysis of aircraft cabin interior elements, including seating, galleys, lavatories, and overhead storage.
- work closely with design and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate input from stress analysis is reflected in component designs.
- participate in design reviews, providing technical input and suggestions for enhancements.regulatory compliance:- assist in ensuring that all designs comply with relevant regulatory standards, including faa far part 25 and easa cs-25.- support the preparation and review of certification documents and stress reports for regulatory submission.
- engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry standards and compliance requirements in stress analysis.
*requirements*:- bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering (automotive background not considered)- basic knowledge or exposure to fea tools such as nastran, ansys, or abaqus.
- understanding of regulatory standards, including faa far part 25 and easa cs-25, is a plus.
- intermediate to advanced english proficiency, able to communicate effectively at a technical level and prepare documentation.
