the role
you’ll be the first full-time setter on the team, working directly with the founder and marketing leads.
your mission:
* connect with warm, inbound leads (no cold outreach)
* use structured scripts and real curiosity to qualify prospects
* book high-converting consultations for our clients
* help us improve scripts, objection handling, and follow-up systems
* be part of building the sales engine from the inside
* have experience setting or closing high-ticket offers (coaching, agency, medspa, b2c, etc.)
* are great at getting people to open up and commit without hard selling
* want to grow into a leadership, closer, or trainer role
* like figuring things out, improving processes, and being hands-on
* speak fluent english, write clean messages, and show up like a pro
