sales-driven regional sales manager
based in mexico to lead capital equipment sales into the electronics manufacturing sector. This is a business development and account management role that owns the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification through proposals, negotiation, and close.
you are a
sales professional
who is comfortable in an smt/pcba environment and can quickly grasp technical concepts and process-improvement opportunities across the manufacturing flow (printing, spi, placement, reflow, aoi, ict, functional test, flying probe, etc.). A
test background is not required
, but experience with ict, functional test, flying probe, or related capital equipment (spi, aoi, x-ray, handlers, in-system programming equipment, etc.) is a strong plus.

5+ years of capital equipment sales experience
into electronics manufacturing (smt/pcba, ems, or automotive electronics).
demonstrated
track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
in a complex, consultative selling environment.
solid understanding of smt/pcba manufacturing processes
, including at least some of: spi, aoi, reflow, ict, functional test, flying probe, or related inspection/test systems.
experience selling into
automotive electronics manufacturing in mexico
(tier 1/tier 2 or ems) strongly preferred.
comfortable discussing
