we are seeking a seasoned leader to drive our growth ambitions in the latin american intercity bus and rail market. The successful candidate will manage relationships with customers, ensure retention, and drive strategic growth initiatives.
key responsibilities:
* champion customer-focused strategies at all levels.
* build and maintain insightful relationships with customer stakeholders.
* increase revenue through upsell and cross-sell of s3 passenger modules.
* develop and maintain strategic account plans.
* collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and delivery.
requirements:
* master's in business administration or related field.
* substantive experience in the intercity bus market or software solutions for the industry.
* willingness to travel internationally.
* fluent in spanish and english; additional language such as portuguese is a benefit.
* minimum of 6-8 years of relevant work experience.
