- You've spent 2+ years recruiting call center reps and sales assassins and you know exactly what separates closers from quitters.
- You treat recruiting like sales: pipeline, follow-up, conversion, repeat.
- You've hired SDRs, appointment setters, cold callers, and top closers and you know how to filter fast.
- You're fluent in English and Spanish and can recruit across Latin America and the U.S.
- You're relentless, persuasive, organized, and fast. You don't wait to be told — you make it happen.
What You'll Own
- Hunt, pitch, and close the best talent before anyone else touches them.
- Dominate every platform — LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook groups, job boards, cold DMs, whatever it takes.
- Keep the pipeline overflowing so we never run short on reps.
- Build fast, simple, and scalable recruiting systems that work even while you sleep.
- Track and crush KPIs: time-to-hire, show-up rates, retention, and rep performance.
