With a strong focus on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, we are a trusted partner to global OEMs. Our Escobedo facility plays a key role in our operations, and we are looking for a dynamic leader to help drive engineering excellence and equipment reliability at the site.
Position Summary:
We are looking for an Engineering & Maintenance Manager with solid experience in the injection molding industry to lead the engineering and maintenance departments, ensuring compliance with quality standards, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the engineering and maintenance teams.
- Implement continuous improvement projects and Lean Manufacturing practices.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Coordinate new product launches and APQP activities.
- Resolve quality issues and provide technical support.
- Manage capital budgets and investment plans.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (required).
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial role in engineering and maintenance.
- Experience in injection molding processes and equipment maintenance.
- Knowledge of tooling and mold maintenance.
- Continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, A3).
- Advanced English (bilingual – English/Spanish).
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
