We're hiring a commercial coordinator – beauty brand
are you passionate about making sure products arrive in stores on time and flawlessly executed? Do you have experience coordinating commercial operations, logistics, and supply chain within retail? This opportunity might be for you.
key responsibilities:
* coordinate with merchandising to ensure proper assortment and product mirroring.
* support new store openings and manage returns with vendors.
* provide operational support to stores and suppliers.
* track orders and resolve portal-related issues.
* forecasting, delivery control, and execution follow-up (tactical / pmo-focused role).
* ensure products arrive on time and that commercial execution runs smoothly.
what we're looking for:
* experience in retail or consumer goods (beauty industry preferred).
* knowledge of supply chain fundamentals.
* experience with domestic and international processes (imports/exports).
* english.
* sap experience (rp is a plus).
* strong coordination skills with operations, merchandising, logistics, and procurement teams.
* organized, tactical, detail-oriented, follow-up driven, and proactive.
you will work closely with stores, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution across all touchpoints.
