at randstad mexico, we are looking for a product manager to lead the marketing strategy for the oncology portfolio of a major international pharmaceutical company.
objective
as product manager, you will play a key role in the design of strategic campaigns, product launches, lifecycle management, engagement with key opinion leaders, and the development of omnichannel initiatives.
key requirements
* 1 to 3 years as a product manager or associate product manager in the pharmaceutical industry (experience or strong knowledge in oncology is a must).
* solid understanding of the mexican healthcare system (public and private) and cofepris regulations.
* advanced english is required.
main responsibilities
* design and execute marketing strategies for oncology products across all stages (pre-launch, launch, post-launch).
* develop brand positioning, key messages, and promotional materials.
* segment the market by specialty and institution, tailoring tactics accordingly.
* coordinate scientific initiatives with kols and medical associations.
* plan product launches and collaborate with cross-functional teams (market access, medical affairs, regulatory, legal, etc.).
* run digital and omnichannel campaigns targeting oncologists and decision-makers.
* monitor kpis, roi, market share, and brand perception.
* support the sales force with tools, training, and performance tracking.
