Leadership role: country operations head
the country operations head will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational execution of our nearshore mexico operations. This position requires a leader who can drive cost optimization, foster sustainable business growth in the region, and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
* manage the country's financial planning, budgeting, and monthly reporting to ensure accurate financial management.
* drive key operational levers for cost optimization and productivity improvements through ai adoption and automation.
* provide leadership to site delivery managers (sdms) to ensure excellence in customer operations and satisfaction.
* responsible for hiring and talent management functions, including attrition and employee engagement initiatives with hr.
* collaborate with universities and third-party organizations to enhance talent sourcing and possess a good understanding of niche it skills to hire top talents at competitive costs.
* oversee governance of finance, legal, and compliance functions and monthly reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
* partner with local ecosystem stakeholders to foster sustainable business growth in the region and build strong relationships with partners and vendors.
* experience in the it industry is essential, with a strong background in leadership and management.
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data and make informed decisions.
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
