internship program *
the tetra pak internship program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level.
our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges.
upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day‐to‐day activities.
in addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.

what you will do
generating the bases to prepare the minutes of integration of the joint training commission
developing a process to determine training needs
developing a procedure to upload plans and follow up on the stps platform
developing controls to prove that the implementation will be in progress
developing a procedure to present reports to the labor secretariat and schemes to respond to audits either by the authority or by internal or client reviews
we believe you have
bachelor's studies in progress: psychology, administration, industrial engineering or related field
desirable skills / knowledge: intermediate english level, microsoft office
availability for internship: august 11 to july 10, *; graduation expected in july *
