The Network Engineer I is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the corporate data and voice network and ensuring the highest level of availability.Key Responsibilities:Configuration, deployment, testing, maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of voice and data network components across an enterprise WANDesign and implement data and voice network architecture in a secure and cost effective mannerWork closely with voice and data communications vendors to resolve network-related connectivity issuesSupport the company's voice communications platformsWork with peers to complete team projects while maintaining customer servicePlanning and coordination of network changes for office moves/consolidations and new office openingsPlanning and provisioning of voice and data communications infrastructure including routers, switches, voice gateways, cabling, circuits, and wireless technologiesRequirements:Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field•+2 years of IT work experience in network environments performing network engineering, design, planning, implementation, administration and supportGood English Communications skills.
•Knowledge of voice communications systems including experience with one or more of the following systems: Avaya, Microsoft Teams, Ring Central, and Intelepeer•Able to work well in a team environment•Able to communicate well with users and vendors, as well as other members of the team and department•Able to mentor members of the IT Service Desk, and willing to assist in a support role when necessaryWe offer:Contractor or "asimilados" Schemes for México only.On site position.Full Time jobA fast-paced, growth-driven environment.Offices Locations in Mexico City ( You can choose either one to work )Libramiento La Joya 3B, Col.
