as a key member of our team, you will foster strong relationships with sql server partners to drive adoption and growth of our database protection, replication, and disaster recovery solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to create and deliver enablement content, such as partner playbooks, battlecards, webinars, and slide decks, for both business and technical audiences.
to excel in this role, you must have familiarity with the microsoft ecosystem and experience recruiting and enabling partners. A proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets through partners is essential. You should possess a strong commercial toolkit, including meddicc/bant methodologies and value-based discovery.
your duties will include identifying, prospecting, qualifying, and recruiting new partners, designing and implementing a partner enablement strategy, co-creating joint business plans and pipeline reviews, owning the sql server partner funnel, and representing us at industry events.
