purpose of the position:
responsible for coordinating department activities, preparing reports, and proactively collaborating to maintain a healthy work environment.
main responsibilities
-planning short- and medium-term activities.
-scheduling and reviewing department expenses.
-requesting, reviewing, compiling, and generating indicator analysis for the operations department.
-leading projects.
-generating kpi analysis for decision-making.
-comply with and enforce rules and discipline.
-attend to and respond to audits.
-manage authorized budget.
-implement preventive and corrective actions.
-ensure that customer focus is promoted within the organization.
requirements:
academic background: engineering.
desirable experience: 4 years in production process management positions, preferably in companies in the automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sector.
knowledge:
-microsoft office
-erp/mrp system
-production system
-advanced calculations
-languages: advanced english (spoken and written desirable).
