at foundever, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-driven security & compliance associate to join our regional team. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in auditing, analytics, it, or security, who are ready to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where attention to detail and problem-solving are essential.
* assist in physical security operations including security guard management and compliance checks.
* participate in it security risk assessments and help identify mitigation strategies.
* support client visits and ensure audit readiness through documentation and evidence gathering.
* respond to security-related inquiries from internal teams and stakeholders.
* collaborate with it teams to ensure systems and assets meet security standards and client-specific requirements.
* provide tier 2 support for fraud investigations, data loss prevention (dlp) alerts, geolocation incidents, and other security alerts.
* help remediate missed slas tied to security awareness and account terminations.
* assist in regional follow-up activities after audits, including evidence collection and reporting.
* work with enterprise change management to support security reviews for client-requested changes.
* manage and respond to security tickets assigned to deparment
* intermediate to advanced english
* at least 12 months of relevant work experience in auditing, analytics, it, or security.
* flexible schedule availability..
* willingness to work on-site
* solid understanding of internal/external audits, regulatory processes, ethics, and violation tracking.
* strong research skills: source verification, database research, legal analysis, and internet searching.
* effective interpersonal and feedback communication abilities.
* strong verbal and written communication skills.
* competent in ms office tools (excel, word, powerpoint).
* strong numerical, verbal reasoning, and data analysis capabilities.
* proven problem-solving mindset: critical thinking, process improvement, and risk assessment.
