Overview
Asset Reliability Manager role at Mondelēz International. The goal is to ensure site manufacturing and support activities operate without interruption, avoid facilities shortages, and achieve 100% compliance with local legal regulations, Quality, Health Safety & Environment management systems and standards. Responsible for the management and maintenance of site facilities, buildings and equipment (hardware & software).
How You Will Contribute
- Works cross functionally to develop and implement a strategic Facilities road-map and annual operating plan. Partner with internal and external stakeholders and service providers to define and meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, Engagement goals. Establish governance to review & control Operational performance and continuous Improvement plans to deliver best-in-class results internally and externally.
- Lead and ensure Building Maintenance and Facilities maintenance program capabilities, including maintenance repairs and overall operations. Ensure adherence to business continuity plans, manufacturing standards and government regulations are understood by all employees and service providers at the site, regularly reviewed and monitored for effective implementation.
- Provide leadership and coaching to Facilities team towards IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma ways of working: preventive/predictive maintenance, PM (Progressive Maintenance), CBM (condition-based monitoring), Visual controls & tools management, Lubrication management & Calibration of equipment.
- Role model values and principles through effective coaching, mentoring, and building skills capability across the Plant technical/engineering team to engage with modern practices. Develop a clear people succession and resource plan for asset & technology population, identifying and implementing critical levers to attract, retain and develop talent.
- Interface with key stakeholders internally and externally to maintain effective relationships and align priorities to deliver company objectives and goals.
What You Will Bring
- Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry with experience in TPM, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standards.
- An Engineer with strong financial & business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment; PM expertise, spare parts management, SAP PM module end user knowledge, basics of technology & engineering automation.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment. Demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem solving and team building.
