Salary: $15,000 MXN per month before taxes
Minimum qualification: High school Diploma or GED from US only or Bachelor's degrees related to logistics from Mexico.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM or Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and Tracking of Shipments: Book loads and record customer orders; Schedule and reschedule pickup and delivery appointments using appropriate reason codes; Monitor freight in transit and anticipate rescheduling to avoid penalties.
- Documentation Management and Regulatory Compliance: Process shipping documents in accordance with border customs import/export regulations; Provide documentation to validate customer disputes; Maintain updated records and files, code documents, and compile operational data.
- Customer Communication and Support: Confirm product orders and coordinate delivery appointments; Resolve appointment requests in locked-out areas and establish specific customer requirements; Maximize customer satisfaction through proactive service.
- Interpersonal Relations and Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers; Collaborate with other business segments to resolve load-related issues; Provide internal support for logistics incidents.
