Marketing automation specialist (must have - marketo experience)
we're looking for a highly motivated and versatile marketing automation specialist to join our growing marketing team at qad, a leading global saas company. This role is pivotal in ensuring our marketing engine runs smoothly, efficiently, and is built to scale. You'll report directly to the sr. Director of global marketing operations and serve as a key partner to demand generation, digital, content, and regional marketing teams.
this role is fully remote but must be based in mexico. Full work authorization is already in effect. No visa sponsorship is available.

role summary
responsible for the technical administration, optimization, and integration of the company's marketing technology stack. Ensure marketing processes are efficient, scalable, and compliant, and that campaign performance is accurately tracked and reported to drive data‑driven decision‑making and maximize marketing roi. This is a dynamic, fast‑paced, high‑volume role that requires a passion for marketing systems, data‑driven mindset, and a strong bias for action.
qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a similar data‑centric role.
* strong, hands‑on experience as administrator of a leading marketing automation platform (marketo admin experience is necessary).
* experience managing and integrating martech systems with a crm (salesforce proficiency is necessary).
* proficient in data analysis and reporting, capable of working with large data sets, defining kpis, and building performance dashboards.
* highly organized, process‑driven, exceptional attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills.

martech administration & management
* serve as an administrator and subject‑matter expert for core marketing automation platform and other martech tools.
* evaluate, configure, and manage additional marketing technologies to optimize the overall stack and support new initiatives.
* diagnose and resolve technical issues within the martech ecosystem, ensuring high system uptime and data accuracy.
process and campaign execution
* implement and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email sends, paid media tracking, and landing page deployment, ensuring technical setup, tracking, and adherence to governance protocols.
* maintain and optimize end‑to‑end lead management process, including lead lifecycle stages, lead routing rules, and sophisticated lead scoring models.
* perform rigorous qa on campaigns, assets, and system functionality before launch to ensure accuracy, proper tracking, and brand compliance.
data integrity and reporting
* support data governance standards to maintain cleanliness, completeness, and health of the marketing database.
* support, maintain, and automate marketing performance dashboards and reports, focusing on key metrics using bi and analytics tools.
* analyze campaign and funnel performance data to identify trends, diagnose gaps, and provide data‑driven recommendations.
* ensure all marketing systems and processes adhere to data privacy regulations (gdpr, ccpa) and anti‑spam laws (can‑spam, casl).
collaboration and enablement
* collaborate with marketing, sales, it, and finance teams to align operational efforts with business goals and ensure effective lead handoffs and reporting consistency.
* provide training and support to internal stakeholders on marketing systems, tools, and processes.
* stay current on industry trends and advancements in martech, data management, and marketing best practices.
bonus skills
* experience with bi tools (tableau, power bi) and/or google analytics is a plus.
