at least 3 years of experience in ie methods. Ems and large box build assembly experience is desirable.
key roles and responsibilities:
a)manage the introduction of new product processes, design production line layout, and achieve production capacity (setting product working hours, determining and evaluating product production and capacity)
b) introduction of npi new processes and new products for mass production, including design improvement, dfx suggestions during the preliminary review of new products
c)provide technical support for product production to ensure smooth production. Deliver improvement and innovation of the process to enhance the automation level of production lines
d)design of work instruction files (wi) and process flow chart files
e)continuous improvement using the lean method to improve the production line lying down rate, improve production line efficiency, and enhance product quality
f)analyze the causes of quality issues that occur in the product, propose and take preventive improvement measures
g)design and improve fixtures to facilitate operator operation, improve production efficiency, and product quality.
h)provide product quotation services for customers
i)use and set up vts, i4, and cooperative tools related to supported areas.
experiencia y requisitos
1.3 years of experience in industrial engineering methods.
2. Electronic manufacturingservices (ems)
3. Desirable large box builds assembly experience
4.industrial engineering, mechanical, or electronic engineering, and related majors
5.english advanced, daily communication with foreign engineers.
6. Familiar withlean methodology and discipline.
