Job title: territory sales managerthe territory sales manager will drive product sellout within an assigned territory of 40+ retail stores in a dedicated geographical area.key responsibilities include:developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for direct/indirect customer sales, associate training, and influencing store associates at all levels.coordinating and leading sales events, both in-person and virtually, to engage with retail partners and promote brand products.building strong relationships and interacting with retail partners through events, store visits, group meetings, incentives, lunch & learns, and other strategic activities.collecting data for insights and daily activities, providing market-level reporting, and attending assisted selling and partner events weekly.requirementsbilingual proficiency in english and spanish.high school diploma or equivalent.2 years combined sales and/or retail sales experience preferred.ability to schedule, lead, and record virtual training and events.proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and integrity.additional responsibilitiesmeeting physical demands of the role.performing other duties as assigned.
