Responsibilities
plan, coordinate, and oversee the company's daily operations.
ensure the achievement of productivity, quality, cost, and delivery time objectives.
manage and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency.
oversee areas such as production, logistics, materials, and/or warehouse operations
implement and monitor key performance indicators (kpis).
coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (quality, engineering, finance, human resources, etc.).
identify continuous improvement opportunities and lead optimization projects.
ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
manage operational staff, including training, performance evaluations, and team development.
control operational budgets and support strategic decision-making.
resolve operational issues and provide timely responses to incidents.
qualifications
bachelor's degree completed
extensive experience in operations, materials, and quality
experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
advanced level of english
valid laser visa
