Position Summary:
The Snow Account Manager provides overall administrative support to Snow Account Managers to ensure client and company relationship. The Snow Account Manager ensures the integrity of data going into all platforms used for internal operations, along with ensuring the integrity of the data that is being communicated to external stakeholders. This role is an integral part of the Snow operations as they function as the hub for information systems and administrative support. Role requires flexibility to support in all areas of administrative needs and should have a full understanding of all platforms being used by operations and Service and Delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:
- Pre-season preparation.
- Review maps and verification.
- Review Customer Contract data verification.
- Pull data from contract to pull Scope of Work in preparation for Vendor Packets.
- Follow checklist of needs items/task to support Snow Account Managers.
- Review, enter data, and ensure integrity of data on Monday Board and other platforms used to manage clients/vendors.
- Responsible for retrieving information and passing on to the Zone Managers to resolve incoming service requests.
- Issue resolution follow ups for items on call logs.
- Troubleshoot and gather all necessary data needed for Snow Account Manager to determine needs for client.
- Manage the call log for all incoming customer request for resolutions and notifications from online form.
- Create Post Event Report based on service request.
- Ability to support in all Snow Account Manager duties where required and needed.
Qualifications including Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Monday.com, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace or related software.
- Must be willing to work both independently and in a team atmosphere.
- Ability to work under pressure, to perform multiple concurrent tasks and responsibilities.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Language Skills:
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
