*responsibilities*:
- conduct online german language classes on our virtual classroom platform.
- create and deliver classes that enable individual learners to achieve their language learning goals.
- monitor and evaluate learners' progress, providing feedback and guidance to ensure their success.
- foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages cultural exchange.
- collaborate with management to improve course content and teaching strategies.
*requirements*:
- c1 level proficiency in german, both spoken and written.
- ability to communicate with managers in either english or spanish.
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- degree or certificate in german, linguistics, education, or a related field.
- experience with online language teaching platforms and digital teaching tools.
- ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- passion for teaching and enthusiasm for sharing the german language and culture with learners worldwide.

*compensation*:
- payment is determined based on the number of hours worked, as well as the type of group, classes, and students involved. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the interview process. The starting salary is $220 mxn hourly this ensures a fair and competitive compensation for the varying aspects of the role, offering flexibility while maintaining transparency in the payment structure
