responsibilities
* contribute to product discovery and delivery cycles, impacting the team's products
* work with cross-functional teams to develop new features, apis, and improvements for scalability
* build and implement new features
* participate in on-call rotations
* ensure a great customer experience, particularly in subscription, tenant, and customer management
qualifications
* excellent understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies - std, stp
* experience with work item tools like jira
* knowledge of sql queries
* at least 5+ years of experience as a qa engineer with a strong knowledge of:
o javascript/typescript - programming language
o mocha/jest - or any other test runner
o playwright/cypress
o axios/got/postman or any other tool for rest api testing
o ci/cd processes
