- Tecnico Reparador
- Asistir al Gerente de Equipo y/o líder de grupo del área de Shell Fab/Soldadura según se le indique
- Realizar las reparaciones requeridas a los compresores rechazados por no-conformidades de Soldadura, análisis del área de reparación de linea, según aplique el caso
- Ayudar en el entrenamiento de los operadores en el área
- Realizar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo en los equipos
- Ayudar a desarrollar acciones correctivas y mejoras para mejorar la seguridad, calidad y la producción
- Dar soporte al líder en los cambios de modelo y en la solución de problemas que pudiese haber en los equipos o en el rate de produccion
- Mantener las 5s del area de trabajo
