management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations. Responsibilities include comprehensive domestic and international ticketing functions, boarding pass issuance, seat assignments, upgrades, day of and future date ticketing, managing guest needs during off-schedule operations including rerouting travel itineraries, providing operational support which may include meeting customers and assisting with connecting flights and boarding, promoting admirals club memberships and renewals, thorough knowledge of all club and lounge membership and access policies, proactively mitigating customer service failures and deficiencies, and assisting guests in all areas of premium customer services.
all you'll need for successrequirement: valid usa visa (b1/b2) minimum qualifications- education & prior job experience high school diploma or gedmust be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the english languagemust be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or customs security badges, if applicableactively demonstrate extraordinary customer service and customer engagement in an environment of hospitalityability to work under pressure, handle a multitude of projects concurrently while paying close attention to detail and customer servicepreferred qualifications- education & prior job experience excellent salesmanship skills/interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and public contactservice-oriented and self-motivated with a high level of professionalismable to attend training classes in dallas/fort worth, texasprior customer hospitality experience strongly preferredmaintain a well-groomed and professional appearanceexcellent communication skillsprior travel industry experience preferredpc experience preferredstrong organizational and administrative skills requiredability to work irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends and holidaysmust report to work on a regular and timely basiswhat you'll getfeel free to take advantage of all that american airlines has to offer:
