About the role:
as part of the regional marketing team, you will contribute to samsara's growth in mexico. As a sr. Demand generation manager, you will execute marketing programs to generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for our sales teams, leveraging multi-touch inbound marketing programs. You'll contribute towards the mexico marketing team's quarterly pipeline commitments while working with product marketing, solutions marketing, events, and sales to execute high-quality webinars, email nurtures, content syndication, and direct mail campaigns.
you should be a hands-on, full-stack marketer with strong technical capabilities and a proven track record of building and executing high-impact demand generation programs. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our global center of excellence demand generation team, embracing best practices, and driving scalable, results-driven campaigns.

in this role, you will:
* design, orchestrate, and execute campaigns across the full funnel, in coordination with campaigns marketing, solutions marketing, customer marketing, and sales teams.
* forecast and measure the impact of demand generation activities on sales pipeline and revenue; continuously evaluate the performance and roi of campaigns, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly.
* develop audience segmentation best practices, integrating them into campaign playbooks.
* build and execute campaign activations across channels like webinars, email, content syndication, content marketing, direct mail, and more. Turn net-new activities into evergreen programs.
* strategize and collaborate in cross-channel campaigns, to ensure maximized impact for the region.
* champion, role model, and embed samsara's cultural principles (focus on customer success, build for the long term, adopt a growth mindset, be inclusive, win as a team) as we scale globally and across new offices.
minimum requirements for the role:
* 8+ years of experience in marketing including experience in demand generation.
* fluent in english with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
* experience using analytics to identify the impact and effectiveness of demand-generation marketing programs.
* experience managing channels like webinars, direct mail, content syndication, or email.
* highly collaborative with a strong track record of planning, building, and managing large-scale campaigns.
* excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to succinctly communicate cross-functionally.
* ability to prioritize amidst many moving pieces and complete high-quality and on-deadline tasks.
* strong technical skills with marketing automation platforms such as marketo, eloqua, hubspot, or salesforce marketing cloud.
* relevant experience creating content for emails, blogs, webinars, or web pages.
* self-starter: a highly motivated professional who requires minimal supervision and shows initiative with ideas that support marketing strategy and goals.
