* 6 to 8 years of experience in similar functions.
* knowledge of lean manufacturing and six sigma
* advanced english
* knowledge of manufacturing systems, gmp (good manufacturing practices), mrp, mtm systems, new product introduction processes, process reengineering, maintenance, six sigma, lean manufacturing, project management, iso, qs, safety and health standards, etc.
* strong business vision, excellent management skills to achieve multiple projects and demands on time
