Do you have experience in payment processing, account reconciliation, and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with global teams? nuDesk is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join the finance team of our international client, a leading financial and accounting services firm.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper coding, approval, and documentation
- Conduct 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies on time
- Prepare and process weekly/monthly payment runs, including checks, ACH transfers, and wire transfers
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations
- Review and reconcile employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies
**Ideal Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar roles.
- Advanced English proficiency (100% English-speaking environment).
- Intermediate Excel skills (filters, basic formulas, pivot tables desiareable).
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proactive mindset, results-oriented, and committed.
