on the southern coast of mexico’s baja peninsula, with ocean views and access to local beaches, dining, and resort amenities.
responsibilities
* check all incoming goods against delivery invoices, food specifications, and purchase records to ensure correct type, quantity, price, and quality of items received and properly stored.
* maintain secure, sanitary, and organized storage of all items.
* complete daily, weekly, and monthly inventories for food, beverages, groceries, and miscellaneous items as needed.
* keep accurate labeling of all warehouse items with minimum and maximum levels to aid reordering and stock rotation.
* handle all deliveries to appropriate departments, including loading/unloading carts and storing items in correct warehouses.
* coordinate withreceiving to ensure smooth handoff from receiving to storage.
* store all goods in designated areas at all times and label food with purchase date when practical or when expiry date is on the package.
* maintain perpetual inventory records for all liquor and wine on an up-to-date basis.
* ensure beverage requisitions are processed per procedures and track banquet returns to the warehouse on the next business day.
* assistpurchases in flagging slow-moving and dead stock.
* keep all warehouses locked when unattended; monitor access documentation outside of business hours in line with internal controls.
* ensure loading docks and receiving areas are safe, clean, and organized.
qualifications
* high school diploma or equivalent.
* no prior experience required.
* ability to lift heavy loads and operate standard and automatic vehicles.
