We are currently seeking an experienced bilingual recruiting operations leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing people from diverse cultures and nationalities, acting as a business partner of the biggest accounts, and leading a team of 10+ members.
key responsibilities include:
* defining strategy by q (planning sessions with stakeholders)
* 1-1 with the team to identify best practices and creative ways of recruiting
* providing numbers and kpi's to give clarity to make decisions about the next steps
* creatively sourcing, engaging, and evaluating top-tier talent, building diverse pipelines
* partnering with the recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes
* partnering closely with technical and product leadership to understand talent requirements, build recruitment strategy, and deliver top talent across multiple hiring groups
* sourcing activities in different job boards (boolean search expert)
* knowledge and experience working with it profiles (java, react, python, golang, sdet, devops, sap)
* a good attitude and creative mindset to generate new ideas to achieve goals even with the it market challenges
* team player with english language proficiency at an advanced level
