as a legal advisor, you will collaborate with senior latam legal leaders in a global consumer brand.
* draft and review specialized service contracts for manufacturing plants and diverse marketing contracts.
* offer guidance on advertising risks.
* support consumer brands & retail across latam north.
* analyze contractual risks and ensure compliance.
* collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, legal).
* manage contract controls and reporting in excel.
key qualifications
* law degree required.
* at least 5 years of professional experience needed.
* advanced english language skills.
* proven experience in the fmcg industry or similar sectors working with manufacturing plants and marketing.
* strong excel skills.
* excellent contract drafting and negotiation abilities.
* capacity to provide clear and practical legal advice.
* strong communication and collaboration skills.
