The role demands mobility between sites (no transportation allowance provided) and occasional travel to the United States (valid visa required) to coordinate with company facilities and warehouses.
Key Functions and Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies, protocols, and procedures for all sites.

Coordinate directly with local, state, and federal authorities (police, Protección Civil, customs agencies) to address security matters and maintain compliance.

Fluent in English with a valid U.S. visa, they hold a bachelor's degree in Security, Criminal Justice, or a related field, with preferred certifications such as CPP, PSP, or CISSP.
