about the role
we’re looking for a graphic designer who combines strong design fundamentals with grit and confidence. You’ll help produce compelling paid social creative, support creative ideation, and collaborate with art directors, senior designers, creative managers, and growth teams to deliver high‑quality assets for a diverse client portfolio. This role requires someone who is collaborative, eager to learn, adaptable, and able to deliver thoughtful creative work in a fast‑paced agency environment.
you will
* support the ideation, design, and execution of assets across multiple client accounts.
* collaborate closely with art directors, senior designers, and growth teams to align creative output with performance goals.
* assist with presentations and help communicate creative ideas clearly to internal stakeholders.
* contribute to concept research, ideation, design, and iteration throughout the creative process.
* produce digital creative assets that balance strong design execution with performance marketing objectives.
* continuously learn and adapt based on feedback, trends, and evolving platform best practices.
about you
your background
* 2–4+ years of relevant experience in an agency, in‑house creative team, or creative internship program.
* strong portfolio demonstrating design ability and understanding of digital creative.
* deep knowledge of adobe creative cloud and proficiency in figma.
* strong foundational skills in concept research, ideation, design, typography, and iteration.
* solid understanding of performance‑driven digital advertising and paid social creative.
* excellent communication skills — comfortable in a distributed, english‑speaking environment.
* comfortable presenting your work internally to leadership and director‑level stakeholders.
* self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to keep developing your craft.
* collaborative, adaptable, and able to build positive relationships with teammates and clients.

* after effects and general motion knowledge.
* understanding of trends and creative best practices across paid social platforms such as meta, tiktok, snap, pinterest, and youtube.
* interest in creative strategy across paid social channels.
* compensation: $2,000–$3,000 usd/month
