*cbre is in the seek for a workplace experience manager*

*responsibilities*:
provides supervision of the provision of workplace services (reception, conference and meeting room management, security, janitorial, meetings, and events
- mail services, office material management, furniture management, space replacement and office tours.
- develops and implements standard operating procedures related to the employee experience.
- creates and maintains a culture of service excellence.
- supervises staff assigned to workplace experience services, including establishing work schedules.
- respond to customer requests and complaints about workplace experience services.
- provides administrative support, including meeting coordination and office and workplace expertise.
- equipment care and supply management
- ensure that those providing workplace experience services comply with safety standards, if company employees or third-party service providers

*requirements*:

- bachelor’s degree in the economic-administrative areas or similar
- minimum 4 years of experience as a manager in facilties management or hospitality
- minimum 2 years of experience managing soft services
- advanced english
- ability to deal with clients, with high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy.
- excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
