we are a construction company based in houston, tx, seeking motivated and skilled remote cold call telemarketing agents to join our team. As a telemarketing agent, your primary responsibility will be to cold call homeowners and persuade them to schedule a free estimate for various home improvement services.
*key responsibilities*:
- conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads for home improvement services
- schedule appointments for free estimates with interested homeowners
- provide clear and persuasive information about our services
- maintain accurate records of calls and appointments
*requirements*:
- *experience*: previous telemarketing or cold calling experience is required
- *english proficiency*: must have c1 or c2 level fluency in speaking, reading, and writing
- *skills*: excellent spoken and written english skills are essential
- *equipment*: must have a computer, fast and reliable internet connection, and a headset. We will provide the dialer and crm software.
- *availability*: must be able to work the specified hours (9:00 am - 6:00 pm cst)
- *breaks*: two 30-minute breaks (12:00 pm - 12:30 pm cst and 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm cst)
