Job duties:
• serve as the oracle hcm cloud subject matter expert, offering best-practice guidance on hcm business processes and solutions
• collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, define, and document detailed requirements
• analyze business needs and develop efficient, effective configuration solutions that align with requirements
• lead the design and development of configurations, ensuring thorough testing of system changes for optimal performance
• provide valuable input to the project manager to ensure the creation of a comprehensive and effective project plan
• lead the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex technical issues and challenges
• document and track customer product enhancement requests and any identified bugs, ensuring timely follow-up
• partner closely with the applications support team to ensure seamless post-implementation handoff and provide consultation on complex production issues
• create and maintain comprehensive system and application documentation, including requirements, processes, and procedures
• review monthly and quarterly release notes, performing regression testing to evaluate the impact of new releases on existing configurations
• take on the role of technical lead or project manager for key initiatives, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery
you must have:
• 5 years working in technology field and relevant experience in system design and development
• at least five (5) years of hands-on experience with oracle hcm cloud, focusing on the core hr module
• 5 years deep understanding of the hcm cloud data model, business process functionality, and data flow within the application

• experience in implementing or supporting other oracle hcm modules
• proficiency in sql and report building using oracle bi
