daily responsibilities
* audit and document current processes to identify gaps in best practice, thereby facilitating the implementation of improvements.
* provide rapid response to data integrity errors, system issues, or help needed in the field, ensuring seamless operations.
* assess and improve current business process flow and system use, leading to enhanced productivity and efficiency.
* develop and test oracle system projects, leveraging technical expertise to drive business solutions.
* work with technical/functional expertise to assess current oracle platforms, identifying opportunities for optimization.
* translate business problems into it requirements for it project deployment, ensuring successful implementation.
* deliver training and guidance on best practice for key business users, empowering them with knowledge and skills.
