location: naucalpan de juarez, mexico
education recommendations: bachelor's degree owner in related careers (industrial engineering, business administration, human capital administration, human resources, psychology) or equivalent experience.
the people care partner position provides excellent customer service to employees and people managers by contributing to administer and support hr activities, processes, programs and ensuring compliance to company policies and local legal requirements.
responsibilities
as part of the team, you will:
* handle inquiries on people processes, tools, policies, benefits, in line with people strategy and according to established people/hr policies and procedures,
* manage hr processes such as on-boarding, leaves, restructuring, redeployment, audits.
* support country, regional or global projects and initiatives.
* contribute to a specific hr tool, process or project on improvement.
* provide administrative / transactional project support: data analysis, monitoring and ensuring data quality, creating documentation and knowledge management, organizing delivery of training and development for hr community, employees or for managers.
qualifications
required skills:
* a highly motivated professional, customer-focused, with customer-service attitude.
* strong communications skills.
* fluent in english and spanish (verbal and written).
* able to adapt to changes, can work effectively in ambiguous and complex situations.
it would be nice if you also had:
* portuguese language knowledge would be a plus.
* working knowledge of mexico and latin american labor regulations.
