This role is responsible for inventory order entry, processing, cycle counting entry and reconciliation, and maintaining accurate stock records within inventory systems. The position includes coordinating new orders, managing lead times based on capacity, monitoring purchase order due dates, and ensuring timely communication of order status updates. The individual will also support inventory reporting and research, helping to resolve discrepancies and maintain on-time delivery performance. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and able to work independently while effectively managing a high-volume workload. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in microsoft excel and experience with sap.
